There’s been an oil spill in New Zealand. This means a bunch of tiny, adorable penguins are being affected, as they ingest the oil when they preen their feathers, and their feathers cannot insulate them properly to keep them warm.

Skeinz is a company that seems to want to fix this, as they have instructions on how to knit a PENGUIN SWEATER and an address to send them to in New Zealand so it can be given to a penguin in need. The sweaters must be 100% wool yarn, and the pattern and address for the sweaters is in the link.
